Privacy policy
cmsweb.nl is a product of Streamtoppers.nl. We handle your data with care and collect no more than we need. This policy explains which data we process, why, and what your rights are.
Who are we?
Streamtoppers.nl is responsible for processing personal data on this website. You can reach us at [email protected].
Which data do we process?
- When you ask a question or request a demo: your name, the name of your station, your email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number, your current website and your message.
- When you place an order: also your billing details (address, postcode, town, and where applicable your company name and Chamber of Commerce or VAT number), the web address you want, your streaming panel and the chosen term.
- When you use the demo: which parts you looked at and tried, so we can help you better. The demo is your own copy and is deleted after a few hours without use.
- Technical data: such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. We use these for security (for example against spam) and keep them no longer than necessary.
Why do we process this data?
- to answer your question and contact you;
- to send you a demo and help you with it;
- to carry out your order, set up your radio and invoice you;
- to protect the website against abuse;
- to show advertisements (see below), only with your consent where required.
We do this on the basis of your consent, to perform an agreement with you, because of a legal obligation (such as keeping invoices) or because of our legitimate interest (such as securing the site).
How long do we keep your data?
- Questions and demo requests: up to one year after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Customer data: as long as you are a customer, and afterwards as long as the law requires (for accounting records, in principle seven years).
- Would you like us to delete your request sooner? Send us an email and we will.
Do we share your data?
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need to provide our service, such as our hosting provider and mail server, and only as far as necessary. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the terms of WhatsApp also apply.
Advertising and Google cookies
Advertisements from Google AdSense may be shown on this website. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies, for example to show ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. In the EU we first ask for your consent through a message from Google. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.
Read more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can also turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com. See also our cookie policy.
Security
We use a secure connection (https), keep our software up to date and only give access to data to people who need it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its use. You can also request your data to take it to another party, and withdraw consent you have given. Send your request to [email protected]; we will respond within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). Of course, we would like to hear from you first.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
